Kenton 101-3AS digital display electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment with microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat, suitable for drying, baking, heat treatment and heating operations. Its Inner chamber dimensions are 750 × 600 × 500mm, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 2%, stainless steel liner and metallic paint spray shell, beautiful design.
Features
1. The thermostat can be selected from Dial or microcomputer intelligent PID digital display of two types;
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant;
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts;
4. The liner is divided into two types: mirror stainless steel and galvanized steel plate;
5. The height and quantity of shelves in the studio can be adjusted to facilitate access to samples of different specifications;
6. The box door is equipped with double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box;
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller.
Principle
The drying oven generates hot air through electric heating, and uses the forced convection of the hot air circulation system to accelerate the evaporation of water to realize the drying function. Digital temperature control technology is used to ensure precise temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and set the required temperature.
2. Place the sample on an adjustable shelf in the studio;
3. Close the box door and monitor the situation in the box through the observation window;
4. Start the equipment for drying or heat treatment operation;
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the power and remove the sample.
Notice
• Suitable for routine testing in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops, and uninterrupted use for a long time is not recommended.
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content of the sample is not recommended;
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
