Overview
Kenton 101-4AS digital display electric air blowing dryer is a drying device with microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat. Inner chamber dimensions are 1000 × 800 × 800mm, Temperature range RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 2%. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, the liner is made of stainless steel, and it is equipped with a hot air circulation system and a double-decked tempered Glass observation window.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, and the hot air circulation system is composed of a low-noise fan and an air duct, so that the temperature inside the studio is evenly distributed, and functions such as drying, baking, and heat treatment are realized. The microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely controls the temperature within the set range.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature
2. Put the sample into the studio, adjust the shelf height and quantity
3. Start the equipment, start heating and blowing
4. Monitor the status of the items in the box through the observation window
5. Turn off the power after use and take out the sample.

• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
• Temperature uniformity requirements and high water content samples are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
