Overview
The INFRA-TTA fully smart Transmittance meter is a split infrared light Transmittance meter, dedicated to the measurement of infrared light Transmittance of various Glasses and transparent or translucent materials. Suitable for Optical Property Testing of Single Layer Glass, Laminated Glass (Hollow Glass), Film Glass, PMMA Materials, PC Materials, etc.
Features
1. The ultra-small design is easy to carry, with a protective rubber sleeve to prevent accidental falls and bumps
2. Super power-saving design, using a AA battery to continuously operate tens of thousands of sets of data
3. Instant test, no waiting time, one key calibration, one key measurement, fast conversion
4. Long Life Illuminant, No Replacement Required
5. Special microcomputer control, eliminate external rays of light interference, more accurate data
6. USB Data Communication interface, plug and play, mass data detection is simpler (optional)
Principle
Infrared source is used to illuminate the material to be measured, and the interference of external rays of light is eliminated by the microcomputer Control system, and the Transmittance of infrared light through the material is accurately measured.
Applications
Single Glass, Laminated Glass (Hollow Glass), Film Glass, PMMA Material, PC Material
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power
2. Perform one-click calibration
3. Place the tested material
4. One-click measurement
5. Read light transmitance data
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be within the range of 10 ℃~ 40 ℃
• relative humidity should not exceed 85%
• Use one AA alkaline battery or rechargeable battery
• Operating voltage range is 0.8V~ 1.5V
• The instrument has a protective rubber sleeve, but it is still necessary to avoid accidental drops and bumps
