Overview
Kenton 202-1 Dial electric drying oven is a drying, baking, heat treatment and heating equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places. Its Inner chamber dimensions are 450 * 450 * 350mm, using Dial thermostat, Temperature range is room temperature + 5 ℃ to 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy is +/- 1 ℃.
Features
1. Thermostats are divided into two types: Dial and microcomputer intelligent PID digital display.
2. The shell is painted with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant.
3. The height and quantity of shelves in the studio can be adjusted, which is convenient for accessing samples of different specifications.
4. The box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box.
Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, and the internal temperature of the studio is raised and maintained at the set value by air convection or heat radiation. The Dial thermostat senses the temperature in the box through a temperature-sensing element (such as a bimetal sheet) and controls the on-off of the heating element to achieve temperature regulation.

• Suitable for routine testing in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops, and uninterrupted use for a long time is not recommended.
• Temperature uniformity and high water content samples are not recommended.
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller.
• Warning! Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited from being heated and dried in the box.
• For high-value materials to be heated, it is better to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to ensure that the material will not be damaged due to the failure of the electronic components of the box.
