The Kenton GX-40 electric thermostatic drying oven is a laboratory equipment using forced convection. It is equipped with a microcomputer PID intelligent automatic Control system. Principle
The drying oven generates heat through a built-in electric heating element and uses a forced convection fan to circulate hot air inside the studio, ensuring a uniform temperature distribution. The microcomputer PID controller monitors the temperature in the box in real time and compares it with the set value. The Heating power is automatically adjusted through an intelligent algorithm to achieve fast and stable temperature control, and to control temperature fluctuations and deviations within the specified range.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment to ensure that the Ambient Temperature is at RT + 10~ 30 ° C and the Humidity is below 70% RH.
Connect single-phase AC220V/50Hz power supply.
3. Open the box door, put the items to be handled into the studio, and be careful not to block the air duct.
Step 4 Close the door.
5. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ° C) and timing time (0~ 9999 minutes) through the control panel.
6. Start the equipment and start heating and cycling.
7. The device will automatically stop after running to the set time, or it can be stopped manually.
8. After the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range, the box door can be opened to remove the items.

• When placing items, do not exceed the studio volume and ensure that there are appropriate gaps between items and between items and the box wall to ensure smooth air circulation.
