Kenton GX-70 electric thermostatic drying oven is a laboratory equipment using forced convection mode and microcomputer PID intelligent automatic Control system. Its studio volume is 70L, Temperature range is + 5 ℃ to 250 ℃, Temperature resolution can reach 0.1 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 1 ℃ in the range of 50~ 240 ℃, suitable for drying, baking, aging and other experiments with high requirements for temperature accuracy.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the built-in electric heating element, and the heating power is intelligently adjusted by the microcomputer PID controller according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature in the box. At the same time, the convection fan is forced to circulate the hot air in the box to distribute the heat evenly, so as to achieve accurate and stable control of the internal temperature of the studio.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a smooth and well-ventilated environment to ensure that the Power supply voltage is single phase AC220V/50Hz.
2. Open the box door and put the sample to be processed into the studio, paying attention to the need to leave a gap between the samples.
3. Close the box door and turn on the power supply.
4. Operating temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ℃) and timing time (0~ 9999min) are set through the control panel.
5. Start the device, and the device will automatically heat and control the temperature to the set value.
6. After the work is completed, the equipment may automatically stop or be manually turned off according to the settings, and the sample will be taken out after the temperature in the box drops naturally.
Notice
Equipment Ambient Temperature Recommended at room temperature + 10~ 30 ℃, Humidity should be less than 70% RH.
• Do not place flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items in the box.
• When taking samples, wear thermal gloves to prevent burns.
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature Stability and uniformity.
• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the box to keep the ventilating port open.
• If not used for a long time, please cut off the power supply and place the equipment in a drying environment.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment.
