Overview
Kenton GX-130 is an electric thermostatic drying oven with a forced convection method and a volume of 130L. Its studio uses SUS304 stainless steel liner and is equipped with a microcomputer PID intelligent automatic Control system. Temperature range is RT + 5~ 250 ℃, Temperature resolution can reach 0.1 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 1 ℃ in the range of 50~ 240 ℃, Temperature Uniformity is +/- 2%. The equipment is suitable for drying, baking, aging and other processes that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an internal electric heating element, and a forced convection fan circulates the hot air inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The microcomputer PID controller monitors the temperature in the box in real time and compares it with the set value. Heating power is automatically adjusted through intelligent algorithms to achieve fast, stable and accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment to ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is at RT + 10~ 30 ° C and the Humidity is below 70% RH.
Connect single-phase AC220V/50Hz power supply.
3. Open the box door and place the sample to be processed in the studio, paying attention that the sample placement should not hinder the air circulation.
Step 4 Close the door.
5. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ° C) and timing time (0~ 9999 minutes) through the control panel.
6. Start the equipment and start the heating operation.
7. During the operation of the equipment, the internal status can be monitored through observation windows and meters.
8. After the timing is over, the equipment may automatically stop heating, or manually turn off the power after the process is completed.
9. After the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range, the box door can be opened to remove the sample.

Equipment must be grounded reliably to ensure the safety of electricity.
Do not use in explosive, flammable, corrosion gas environment.
• Place the environment away from direct sunlight, away from heat sources and flammable items.
• Ambient Temperature recommended at RT + 10~ 30 ℃, Humidity below 70% RH.
• Do not place items that are wet or contain flammable solvents directly into the high-temperature chamber.
The sample should be placed with enough space to ensure the normal circulation of hot air.
• When the equipment is running and just after operation, the surface and internal temperature of the box are very high, so do not touch it to prevent burns.
• When opening the door to take samples, pay attention to high temperature and hot air, and it is recommended to wear protective equipment.
• Be sure to cut off the power before cleaning, until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
• Please check the status of the equipment regularly. If there is any abnormality, please stop using it and contact a professional.
