Kenton DHG-9040C thermostatic drying oven is a laboratory equipment using microcomputer intelligent PID control technology. Temperature range RT + 5~ 250 ℃, volume 40L, suitable for users with high requirements for Temperature uniformity.

Principle
The thermostatic drying oven precisely adjusts the temperature through the microcomputer PID intelligent automatic Control system, uses the high temperature heating tube as the heating element, combines the air duct design and the cooling fan to ensure the uniform and stable temperature in the working cavity.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a place where the working Environmental humidity < 70% RH
2. Connect single-phase AC220V/50Hz power supply
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ℃) and timing (0~ 999min) through the microcomputer PID Control system
4. Adjust the space and number of shelves in the studio as needed
5. Close the box door after putting in the sample to ensure sealing
6. Start the equipment for heating and drying

• Modern intermediate and advanced laboratories are recommended for users with high Temperature uniformity
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Widely used in drying process, sterilizing, thermostatic storage, heat treatment and other fields, it is the basic supporting equipment of laboratories and R & D institutions
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
• Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited from being heated and dried in the box
• For heating high-value materials, it is better to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to ensure that the materials will not be damaged due to the failure of the electronic components of the box and the overheating
