Kenton DHG-9230C thermostatic drying oven is a laboratory equipment using a microcomputer PID intelligent Control system. It has the characteristics of high Temperature uniformity and easy operation. It is suitable for laboratories and R & D institutions with high temperature control requirements.

Principle
The temperature is precisely controlled by the microcomputer PID intelligent automatic Control system, combined with the high temperature heating tube as the heating element, and the fan and air duct are designed to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the working cavity to ensure the thermostatic drying effect.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is single-phase AC220V/50Hz;
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ° C) and timing time (0~ 999min) through the microcomputer controller;
3. Place the sample in the studio, and adjust the shelf spacing and quantity to adapt to different specifications;
4. Start the equipment and monitor temperature fluctuations and operating conditions.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment.

• Modern intermediate and advanced laboratories are recommended for users with high Temperature uniformity;
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
• Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited from being heated and dried in the box;
• For high-value materials to be heated, it is better to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to ensure that the material will not be damaged due to the failure of the electronic components of the box and the overheating;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion;
• Environmental humidity should be less than 70% RH.
