Overview
The Kenton XCT-1AS blast high temperature drying oven is a heating equipment specially designed for industrial, mining, scientific research and jade processing units, suitable for drying, heat treatment and heating of experimental products. It uses a thickened 304 stainless steel liner and Cold rolled steel plate shell, which has high temperature resistance and anti-corrosion properties. The maximum effective temperature can reach 600 ° C, which is better than the conventional 500 ° C standard.
Features
1. The liner is reinforced by thickened 304 stainless steel, which is not easy to deform at high temperature and prevents acid and alkali corrosion.
2. Cold rolled steel plate, electrostatic spray on the surface.
3. Digital display intelligent PID temperature control, reduce the phenomenon of temperature flushing, with timing and over-temperature alarm function.
4. The box door is a double-decked thermal insulation material door seal, which effectively insulates and prevents heat loss, resulting in energy saving and high efficiency.
5. Heating components and fans are made of high-temperature resistant materials, providing a long service life.
6. The maximum effective temperature can reach 600 ° C, Temperature range is wider.
Principle
The drying oven precisely controls the temperature from 5 ° C to 600 ° C with a temperature resolution of +/- 0.5 ° C through a microcomputer PID intelligent automatic Control system. The system reduces temperature fluctuations through intelligent PID algorithms to ensure stable heating, and is equipped with a fan to promote air circulation for uniform drying and heat treatment.
Applications
Industry and mining, scientific research, jade processing
Notice
• Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited from being heated and dried in the box to avoid explosion.
• For high-value materials, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to prevent damage to the material due to excessive heating caused by the failure of the electronic components of the box.
