Overview
The Kenton DZF-6020 Vacuum oven is a drying device designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It reduces the boiling point of liquids through a vacuum environment for fast and effective drying. It is suitable for sterilizing powders, granular samples and Glass containers.
Features
1. Vacuum environment reduces liquid boiling point, suitable for heat sensitive substances, shorten drying time
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides
3. The powder sample will not be blown away and moved when drying, which is better than ordinary drying oven
4. liner streamline arc design, shell Cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spraying
5. Cold rolled steel plate or stainless steel liner, easy to clean
6. Door elastic and adjustable, integral silicone rubber door seal to ensure high Vacuum Level
7. Microcomputer intelligent PID control, with timing and over-temperature alarm function
8. Tempered explosion-proof double-decked Glass Door for easy viewing of studio items
9. DZF-60 series liner heating conduction on both sides, basic design
Principle
Vacuum ovens enable efficient drying at low temperatures by creating a vacuum environment that significantly reduces the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled. Under vacuum inert conditions, oxides are prevented from exploding with heat and powder samples are prevented from being disturbed by airflow, ensuring a safe and stable drying process.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization
Steps
1. Put the sample into the studio and close the box door
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door to ensure sealing
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters
4. Start the equipment for vacuum drying
5. Remove the sample after drying
Notice
• Make sure the box door is well sealed before use to prevent vacuum leakage
• Avoid exceeding the allowable range of the device when setting the temperature
• Regularly clean the liner to maintain performance
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function during operation to ensure safety
• Device weight during handling to avoid damage
