Overview
The Kenton DZF-6050 Vacuum oven is a drying device designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It uses a vacuum environment to reduce the boiling point of liquids for fast and effective drying. It is suitable for handling powders, granular samples and Glass containers.
Features
1. Vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of liquid, suitable for heat-sensitive substances, shorten the drying time;
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides.
3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying;
4. liner streamline arc design, shell Cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spraying;
5.The liner can choose stainless steel or Cold rolled steel plate, semi-circular four corners easy to clean;
6. Door elastic adjustable, silicone rubber door seal to ensure high Vacuum Level;
7. Microcomputer intelligent PID control, with timing and over-temperature alarm function;
8. Tempered explosion-proof double-decked Glass door for easy observation;
9. Different series Heating modes are diverse, such as DZF-60 basic type, DZF-30 independent heating per layer, DZF-50 4-sided heating evenly.
Principle
Vacuum ovens enable efficient drying at low temperatures by creating a vacuum environment that significantly reduces the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled. Under vacuum inert conditions, oxides are prevented from exploding with heat and powder samples are prevented from being blown away, ensuring safe and fast handling.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization and sterilization
Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door;
3. Set the required temperature and timing.
4. Start the equipment for drying;
5. Monitor the process and handle alarms if necessary.
Notice
Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain Vacuum Level.
- Avoid over-temperature use to prevent sample damage.
- Pay attention to the four corners of the liner when cleaning;
- Power supply voltage check before use;
Maintain equipment regularly to ensure performance.
