Overview
The Kenton DZF-6090 Vacuum oven is a drying device designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It uses a vacuum environment to reduce the boiling point of liquids for fast and effective drying. It is suitable for powder and granular samples, and has the function of sterilizing and sterilizing.
Features
1. The vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of the liquid, which is suitable for heat-sensitive substances and shortens the drying time.
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides.
3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying.
4. The liner streamline arc design, the shell Cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spraying.
5. The liner can be made of stainless steel or Cold rolled steel plate, and the semi-circular four corners are easy to clean.
6. The box door is elastic and adjustable, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door seal ensures a high Vacuum Level.
7. Microcomputer intelligent PID control panel with timing and over-temperature alarm functions.
8. Tempered, explosion-proof double-decked Glass doors for easy viewing of the studio.
9. Heating modes are available, such as basic conductive heating, independent heating tube or 4-sided heating to ensure uniform temperature.
Principle
Vacuum ovens allow heat-sensitive substances to dry rapidly at low temperatures by creating a vacuum environment that reduces the boiling point of liquids. Under vacuum inert conditions, oxides are prevented from exploding when heated, and heat is evenly transferred through heating systems such as conduction heating or independent heating pipes to achieve efficient drying.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization and sterilization
Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door to maintain the vacuum sealing.
3. Set the temperature and timing parameters of the microcomputer intelligent PID control panel.
4. Start the equipment for drying.
5. Monitor the process and deal with the over-temperature alarm in time.
6. Turn off the equipment after drying and take out the sample.
Notice
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
• Avoid exceeding the Temperature range (RT + 50~ 200 ℃) when setting the temperature.
• Regularly clean the liner to prevent residues from affecting performance.
• Power supply voltage check before use meets single phase AC220V/50Hz requirements.
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid over-temperature alarm not being dealt with in time.
• Device weight (112Kg) when handling to prevent damage.
