Overview
The Kenton DZF-6020S Vacuum oven is a drying device designed for heat sensitive substances. It reduces the boiling point of liquids through a vacuum environment, effectively reducing drying time and preventing sample oxidation explosion.
Features
1. Vacuum environment significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids, suitable for heat-sensitive substances
2. Vacuum inert conditions completely eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides
3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying
4. The liner adopts streamline arc design, and the shell is electrostatic spraying
5. Door elastic and adjustable, integrally formed silicone rubber door seal to ensure high Vacuum Level
6. Microcomputer intelligent PID control, with timing and over-temperature alarm function
7. Tempered explosion-proof double-decked Glass Door for Easy Viewing Studio
Principle
The boiling point of the liquid to be expelled is significantly reduced by creating a vacuum environment, and drying is performed under vacuum inert conditions to avoid sample oxidation and thermosensitive material analysis.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization
Steps
1. Put the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door to ensure sealing
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters
4. Start the equipment to start the vacuum drying process
5. Monitor drying status until complete
Notice
• Make sure the door is well sealed before use
• The setting temperature must not exceed the upper limit of 200 ° C
• Regularly check whether the Vacuum Level is below 133Pa
• Pay attention to the four corners of the semi-circular liner when cleaning
• Pay attention to observe the sample status in the double-decked Glass door during operation
