Overview
The Kenton DZF-3050S Vacuum oven is a drying device designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It reduces the boiling point of liquids through a vacuum environment and realizes fast and effective drying treatment.
Features
1. Vacuum environment significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids, suitable for heat-sensitive substances and powder samples, shortening drying time
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides
3. Avoid powder samples being blown away during drying
4. The liner adopts streamline arc design, Cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spraying
5. Cold rolled steel plate or stainless steel liner, easy to clean
6. Door elastic and adjustable, integrally formed silicone rubber door seal to ensure high Vacuum Level
7. Microcomputer intelligent PID control panel with timing and over-temperature alarm function
8. Tempered explosion-proof double-decked Glass Door for easy viewing of studio items
Principle
Vacuum ovens reduce the boiling point of liquids by creating a vacuum environment, allowing heat-sensitive substances to dry at lower temperatures, while inert conditions prevent oxidation reactions, ensuring a safe and efficient drying process.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization and sterilization
Steps
1. Put the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door to ensure sealing
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters
4. Start the equipment for vacuum drying
5. Remove the sample after drying
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before use meets single phase AC220V/50Hz requirements
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain Vacuum Levels
• Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function
• Pay attention to the semi-circular four-corner design when cleaning the liner
• Select appropriate temperature and time settings based on sample characteristics
