Overview
Kenton DZF-3090S Vacuum oven is a drying device designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It uses a vacuum environment to reduce the boiling point of liquids for fast and effective drying. It is suitable for disinfecting and sterilizing powders, granular samples and Glass containers.
Features
1. The vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of the liquid, which is suitable for heat-sensitive substances and shortens the drying time.

3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying.

6. The box door is elastic and adjustable, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door seal ensures a high Vacuum Level.
7. The control panel adopts microcomputer intelligent PID control, with timing and over-temperature alarm functions.
8. The box door is made of tempered, explosion-proof double-decked Glass door for easy observation of the studio.
Principle
Vacuum ovens enable rapid drying under inert conditions by creating a vacuum environment that reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be expelled. It avoids the air circulation of a normal drying oven, prevents powder samples from being blown away, and eliminates the risk of oxides exploding when heated.

Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door.
3. Set the required temperature and time.
4. Start the equipment for drying.
5. Monitor the process to ensure Vacuum Level.
Notice
Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
Avoid operating under over-temperature conditions to prevent damage to the sample.
