Overview
Kenton DZF-5020S Vacuum oven is a drying equipment designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. Reduce the boiling point of liquids through a vacuum environment for fast and effective drying. Suitable for sterilizing powders, granular samples and Glass containers.
Features
1. The vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of the liquid, which is suitable for heat-sensitive substances and shortens the drying time;
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides.
3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying;
4. The liner adopts streamline arc design, Cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spraying;
5.The liner can choose stainless steel or Cold rolled steel plate, semi-circular four corners easy to clean;
6. Door elastic adjustable, integrally formed silicone rubber door seal to ensure high Vacuum Level;
7. Microcomputer intelligent PID control, with timing and over-temperature alarm function;
8. Tempered explosion-proof double-decked Glass door for easy observation of the studio;
9. DZF-50 series liner is heated on the left and right sides, and the temperature and heat transfer are uniform.
Principle
Vacuum ovens allow for rapid drying at lower temperatures by creating a vacuum environment that significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids. Under vacuum inert conditions, samples are protected from oxidation or explosion and are suitable for heat-sensitive substances.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection
Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door;
3. Set the required temperature and time.
4. Start the equipment for drying;
5. Remove the sample after drying.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is single phase AC220V/50Hz;
• Check whether the Vacuum Level is lower than 133Pa before use;
• Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function;
• Pay attention to the semi-circular four-corner design when cleaning the liner;
• Select the appropriate drying parameters according to the sample characteristics.
