Overview
Kenton DZF-5090S Vacuum oven is a drying equipment designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It reduces the boiling point of liquids through a vacuum environment and realizes fast and effective drying treatment. It is especially suitable for sterilizing powders, granular samples and various Glass containers.
Features
1. The vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of the liquid, which is suitable for heat-sensitive substances and shortens the drying time;
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides.
3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying;
4. The liner adopts streamline arc design, Cold rolled steel plate surface electrostatic spraying;
5.The liner can choose stainless steel or Cold rolled steel plate, semi-circular four corners easy to clean;
6. Door elastic adjustable, integrally formed silicone rubber door seal to ensure high Vacuum Level;
7. Microcomputer intelligent PID control panel, with timing and over-temperature alarm function;
8. Tempered explosion-proof double-decked Glass door for easy observation of the studio;
9. Different series provide a variety of Heating modes, such as basic conduction heating, delamination independent heating or multi-sided uniform heating.
Principle
Vacuum ovens create a vacuum environment that significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids that need to be expelled, resulting in gentle drying of heat-sensitive, easy-to-analyze and easy-to-oxidize substances. Under vacuum inert conditions, sample oxidation or explosion is prevented, while powder samples are not blown away by air currents, ensuring a safe and efficient drying process.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization
Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door to ensure sealing;
3. Set the required temperature and timing parameters.
4. Start the equipment for vacuum drying;
5. Monitoring process, over-temperature alarm timely processing;
6. Turn off the equipment after drying and take out the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is single phase AC220V/50Hz;
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain Vacuum Level;
• Temperature range RT + 50~ 200 ℃;
• Avoid handling flammable and explosive substances under vacuum conditions.
• Regularly clean the liner to prevent residues from affecting performance;
• Check equipment status immediately when over-temperature alarm.
