Overview
The Kenton HCP-80S Co2 incubator is a specialized instrument for fostering cells, tissues, and bacteria. It is a critical piece of equipment for immunology, oncology, genetics, and bioengineering.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent PID control technology keeps the temperature accurate and constant, and has timing and ultra-high temperature alarm functions.
2. CO2 concentration adopts gas distribution control, CO2 recovery time: time ≤ concentration value × 1.2Min;
3. Equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp inside, it can effectively kill bacteria, molds, mycoplasma and other microorganisms;
4. Unique air circulation, gentle wind speed, ensuring temperature uniformity.
5. The door heating control system can effectively avoid the condensation phenomenon of Glass door;
6. Double door design, built-in tempered Glass observation window, can clearly observe the items in the box, and the upper and lower spacing of the shelf is adjustable.
Principle
The product precisely adjusts the temperature through microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, adopts gas distribution type to control CO2 concentration, and uses ultraviolet sterilization lamp for microbial inactivation, combined with air circulation system to ensure uniform and stable internal environment.
Applications
Immunology, Oncology, Genetics, Bioengineering, Microbiology, Agricultural Sciences
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V.
2. Set the required temperature range (RT + 5~ 60 ℃);
3. Configure CO2 concentration and monitor recovery time;
4. Turn on the ultraviolet sterilization lamp for disinfection;
5. Adjust the shelf spacing and place foster items;
6. Close the double doors and start running.
Notice
• Check whether the Power frequency matches 220V before use;
• Avoid operating in high temperature or humid environments;
• Regularly clean liners and UV sterilization lamps;
• Pay attention to CO2 concentration control to prevent exceeding the limit;
• Glass door without condensation during operation;
• Do not open the door frequently while running to keep the environment stable.
