Principle
The resistance furnace produces high temperature through special nickel-chromium wire heating elements, adopts microcomputer intelligent PID control technology to precisely adjust the temperature, and the digital display system monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time. The high-density heat insulation material between the furnace and the furnace shell effectively reduces heat loss and ensures heating efficiency.

Steps
1. Check whether the Power frequency of the equipment meets the 220V requirements
2. Open the lever eversion furnace door and put in the items to be heated
3. Close the furnace door and set the desired temperature through the digital display system
4. Start heating, and the microcomputer intelligent PID system automatically controls the temperature
5. After the heating is completed, turn off the power supply and take out the items after the furnace body is chilled down
