Overview
Kenton SHZ-B oscillator is a multifunctional laboratory device suitable for medical school inspections and tests, as well as for constant-temperature auxiliary heating in industrial and mining enterprises and scientific research institutions. It combines precise temperature control with oscillation functions to provide a stable experimental environment.
Features
1. Temperature control accurate digital display, with mechanical timing function, convenient for work use;
2. No waves splash during vibration;
3. The multi-functional spring bottle test rack is particularly suitable for the fostering preparation of biological samples for a variety of comparative tests;
4. Stepless speed regulation, smooth operation, simple and safe operation;
5. liner made of stainless steel, good corrosion resistance performance.
Principle
The Shaker achieves a frequency range of 0~ 320rpm through rotary or reciprocating oscillation, combined with a stepless speed control system to ensure uniform mixing of samples. At the same time, the temperature control system provides precise temperature control of RT + 5~ 100 ° C, with a resolution of 0.1 ° C to maintain a thermostatic environment.
Applications
Medical school inspection laboratory, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V.
2. Set the required temperature range (RT + 5~ 100 ℃) and Oscillation Frequency (0~ 320rpm);
3. Use the mechanical timing function to set working hours.
4. Place the sample on the multi-functional spring bottle test rack;
5. Start the device and monitor the running status.
Notice
• Ensure that the input power does not exceed 1.5KW to avoid overload.
• Check whether the liner stainless steel material is in good condition before use to prevent corrosion;
• Pay attention to sample placement when oscillating to avoid splashing;
• Follow safety procedures during operation to prevent electric shock or mechanical injury.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to extend its lifespan.
