Overview
Kenton KH-100C digital display industrial air drying oven is a large air box. It adopts digital display intelligent PID self-tuning temperature control technology. It is equipped with large diameter centrifugal wind wheel, high power motor and multiple sets of electric heating pipes for rapid heating. The optimized air supply circulation air duct ensures uniform heat circulation, can be used for a long time, and has high stoving efficiency. It is suitable for batch dehydration and drying of industrial products. It is suitable for mass production in industrial and mining enterprises and workshops. It can work uninterrupted for a long time.
Features
1. Digital display intelligent temperature controller with microcomputer intelligent PID self-tuning and timing functions;
2. Single-door or double-door design, practical and generous;
3. Large diameter centrifugal wind turbine, uniform heat flow;
4. The shell is painted with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and novel.
5. The liner can be galvanized steel or stainless steel;
6. Large storage capacity and fast heating time.
Principle
The drying oven uses a high-power motor to drive a large-diameter centrifugal wind wheel, and combines multiple sets of electric heating pipes to rapidly heat to form an optimized air supply circulation air duct, so that the heat can circulate evenly in the box. The intelligent PID self-tuning temperature control system precisely adjusts the temperature to ensure efficient drying and dehydrating processes.
Applications
Eletroplating industry, electronics industry, alloy jewelry dripping oil, food plastic industry, leather industry, Hardware and other production industries
Notice
• Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited from being heated and dried in the box;
• For high-value materials, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to prevent damage;
• Not suitable for highly volatile, flammable and explosive items to avoid explosion;
• If there is an explosion-proof demand, it is necessary to install explosion-proof locks and explosion-proof doors and other safety facilities.
