Overview
HENGLI GX-40 electric thermostatic drying oven adopts ALLHEATTM inner cavity preheating technology, preheating around the liner through uniform distribution of heating elements, combined with heat transfer and forced fan convection to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the cavity. Equipped with ALLFLOWTM air circulation system to ensure rapid temperature recovery after opening the door, ALLSENSTM microcomputer PID control technology implementation precision temperature control, Pro-InsulationTM isolation insulation technology effectively reduces heat loss.

Principle
The heating elements are evenly distributed around the inner tank for preheating by ALLHEATTM technology, and the temperature in the cavity is evenly reached to the set value by heat transfer and forced fan convection. The ALLFLOWTM air circulation system maintains continuous and stable temperature through forced convection, and the ALLSENSTM microcomputer PID control technology adaptively adjusts the temperature to prevent overshoot and ensure a thermostatic environment.

Steps
1. Power on and turn on the device
2. Set parameters such as temperature and time through the LCD control panel, and there will be a confirmation tone prompt during operation
3. Adjust the wind speed or switch the fan on and off as needed
4. Use user password to control access, optional software for remote monitoring
5. Place the sample on the Shelf and close the door to ensure sealing
6. After the operation, the device will automatically stop, and the sound and light alarm will remind

The working environment humidity should be less than 70%
• Power frequency is single phase AC220V/50Hz
Regular cleaning of liners and Shelves to maintain hygiene
• Pay attention to the electrical components installed at the back of the box during maintenance
• The over-temperature protection device needs to be checked regularly to ensure normal function
