Overview
The HENGLI GX-70 electric thermostatic drying oven uses ALLHEATTM cavity preheating technology, which preheats the liner through evenly distributed heating elements, combined with heat transfer and forced fan convection to ensure uniform temperature. Equipped with ALLFLOWTM air circulation system, it shortens the temperature recovery time after opening the door, and adopts ALLSENSTM microcomputer PID control technology for precise temperature control. The product design is ergonomic, easy to clean and maintain, and provides multiple safety protections.

Principle
The electric thermostatic drying oven preheats the inner cavity through ALLHEATTM technology, and the heating elements are evenly distributed around the inner tank. The temperature in the cavity is uniform to the set value through heat transfer and forced fan convection. The ALLFLOWTM air circulation system ensures stable temperature and quick recovery. With microcomputer PID control technology, the temperature is adaptively adjusted to prevent overshoot and maintain a constant.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is single-phase AC220V/50Hz.
2. Turn on the device and select the language (Chinese or English) through the LCD display.
3. Set the temperature range (RT + 5~ 250 ℃), time (0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes) and wind speed.
4. Confirm the set parameters, and start running after the device emits a prompt tone.
5. Monitor operating status, including temperature, wind speed, and time display.
6. After the operation is completed, the device will automatically stop, or the operation will be stopped manually.
7. Optional microcomputer software can be used to remotely control multiple devices through the RS485 interface.
Notice
- Ambient Temperature should be maintained at RT + 10~ 30 ℃, humidity below 70%.
- Avoid use in high temperature or humid environments to prevent equipment damage.
- Regularly clean liners and shelves to ensure hygiene and ease of maintenance.
- Pay attention to the over-temperature protection alarm during operation and deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner.
Disconnect the power supply during maintenance, and the electrical control components are located at the rear of the cabinet.
- Check the door seal and hinge sealing before use to ensure the thermal insulation effect.
- Do not overload, Shelf adjustment needs to be carried out according to capacity requirements.
Remote control requires professional software and a stable connection.
