Overview
HENGLI GX-130 electric thermostatic drying oven adopts ALLHEATTM inner cavity preheating technology, preheating the inner wall of the inner cavity through evenly distributed heating elements, combining heat transfer and forced fan convection to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the cavity. Equipped with ALLFLOWTM air circulation system to ensure rapid temperature recovery after opening the door, with ALLSENSTM microcomputer PID control technology implementation of precise temperature control.

Principle
The heating elements are evenly distributed around the inner tank by ALLHEATTM technology for pre-heating, and then the temperature in the cavity reaches the set value at each point through heat transfer and forced fan convection. The ALLFLOWTM air circulation system ensures continuous temperature stability, and the ALLSENSTM microcomputer PID control technology adaptively adjusts the temperature to prevent temperature overshoot and keep the temperature in the cavity uniform and constant.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select the language (Chinese or English) through the LCD LCD display.
3. Set temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ° C) and time (0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes)
4. Adjust the wind speed or switch the fan on and off
5. Confirm the settings and the device starts running
6. The device automatically stops after running
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at RT + 10~ 30 ℃
The working environment humidity should be less than 70%
• Check door seal and hinge sealing before use
• Regularly clean liners and shelves
• Avoid temperature overshoot and pay attention to sound and light alarm prompts
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance, and the electrical control components are located at the back of the box
