Overview
HENGLI PX-70 electric thermal incubator is suitable for microbial foster and other industries, and is the required equipment for biological, agricultural and scientific research experiments. It adopts ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology to meet different temperature requirements and provide a constant temperature environment, and cooperates with Pro-Insulation ™ thermal insulation technology to ensure the smooth progress of sample experiments and foster. Principle
The ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology distributes the heating elements evenly around the inner tank, preheats the inner wall of the inner cavity, and then through heat transfer and forced fan convection, ensures that the temperature at each point in the cavity accurately reaches and remains at the set value to achieve uniform temperature distribution. The ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system adopts forced convection to ensure the rapid recovery of temperature after opening the door, and cooperates with the cooling fan to maintain continuous temperature stability. The ALLSENS ™ microcomputer PID control technology precisely controls the temperature through the adaptive PID program to prevent temperature overshoot and keep the temperature in the cavity constant.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V/50Hz.
2. Open the device and select the Chinese or English interface through the LCD liquid crystal display;
3. Set temperature parameters, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 65 ℃, temperature resolution 0.1 ℃;
4. Set the Timer Range, optional 0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes;
5. Adjust the wind speed and fan switch as required.
6. Place the sample on the movable mesh Shelf and adjust the Shelf spacing;
7. Start operation and monitor temperature, wind speed, running time, etc.
8. Use the RS485 interface to connect multiple devices for remote monitoring (optional);
9. After the operation, shut down the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
- Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is 10~ 30 ℃ and the humidity is below 70% RH;
- Power frequency check meets AC 220V/50Hz requirements before use;
- Avoid operating equipment in hot or humid environments;
- Regular cleaning of liners and shelves to maintain equipment hygiene;
- Pay attention to the over-temperature protection alarm during operation and deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner.
Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety.
