Principle
Using ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology, the heating elements are evenly distributed around the inner tank for preheating. Through heat transfer and forced fan convection, the temperature at each point in the cavity accurately reaches and maintains the set value to ensure uniform temperature distribution. With ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system, the temperature is quickly restored and the temperature in the cavity is continuously stable after opening the door.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V/50Hz.
2. Select Chinese/English display through the LCD screen, and set parameters such as temperature and time.
3. Use the user password control to confirm the setting operation.
4. Start the device and monitor the running status.
5. Optional microcomputer software remote control.

• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 10~ 30 ℃.
The working environment humidity should be below 70% RH.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to maintain hygiene.
• Pay attention to the electrical components located at the back of the box during maintenance.
• Pay attention to over-temperature protection alarms during use and deal with abnormalities in a timely manner.
