HENGLI KZ-50 Vacuum oven is specially designed for drying heat sensitive and easy oxidation substances, especially suitable for powder or granular samples, which can effectively shorten the drying time. Using ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology, S. H-Transfer ™ shelf heat transfer technology to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the cavity and ensure the smooth progress of the experiment. The product has passed the European Union CE safety certification, complies with the Australian AS/NZS3350 standard, and provides Chinese/English IQ, OQ, PQ and a variety of verification services.

Principle
Vacuum oven adopts ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology, the heating element is evenly distributed around the inner tank, the inner wall of the inner cavity is preheated, and the temperature at each point in the cavity is accurately reached and maintained at the set value through heat transfer and forced fan convection to ensure uniform temperature distribution. ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system ensures that the temperature recovers quickly after opening the door, and cooperates with the microcomputer PID control technology to accurately control the temperature, prevent temperature overshoot, and maintain the constant temperature in the cavity.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is single-phase AC220V/50Hz.
2. Open the device and select the Chinese or English interface through the LCD LCD display.
3. Set the temperature parameters, Temperature range is RT + 50~ 250 ℃, temperature resolution +/- 0.1 ℃.
4. Set the Timer Range, optional 0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes.
5. Adjust the wind speed and choose to turn on or off the fan.
6. Place the sample on the movable mesh Shelf and adjust the Shelf spacing according to needs.
7. Start the equipment and monitor parameters such as temperature, wind speed, and running time.
8. After use, turn off the device and clean the inner cavity.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature at RT + 10~ 30 ℃ and relative humidity < 70% before operation.
• Avoid use under conditions where voltage fluctuations exceed +/- 10%.
• Regularly check the sealing of door seals and door hinges to ensure thermal insulation performance.
• Use mild detergent when cleaning to avoid damage to the inner cavity of SUS304 stainless steel.
Do not open the door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature stability.
In case of abnormal alarm, immediately check the parameters and take safety measures.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to ensure safe operation.
