HENGLI KZ-23G Vacuum oven is specially designed for drying heat sensitive and easy oxidation substances, especially suitable for powder or granular samples, which can effectively shorten the drying time. Using ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology, S. H-Transfer ™ shelf heat transfer technology to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the cavity, suitable for biological, industrial, agricultural research and other fields. The product has passed the European Union CE safety certification, complies with the Australian AS/NZS3350 standard, and provides a 2-year mass warranty.

Principle
Vacuum oven uses ALLHEAT ™ cavity pre-heating technology, the heating element is evenly distributed around the inner tank, the inner wall of the inner cavity is pre-heated, through heat transfer and forced fan convection, to ensure that the temperature of each point in the cavity accurately reaches and maintains the set value, to achieve uniform temperature distribution. ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system to ensure rapid recovery of temperature after opening the door, with microcomputer PID control technology to accurately control temperature, prevent temperature overshoot, maintain a constant environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is single-phase AC220V/50Hz.
2. Open the device and select the Chinese or English interface through the integrated LCD display.
3. Set the temperature range (RT + 50~ 250 ℃), Timer Range (0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes) and other parameters.
4. Adjust the wind speed and fan switch as required.
5. Place the sample on the movable mesh Shelf, close the door and ensure sealing.
6. Start the equipment, monitor the temperature, wind speed and other conditions, and connect multiple devices through the RS485 interface for real-time monitoring.
7. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean the lumen and Shelf.
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that the Ambient Temperature is at RT + 10~ 30 ℃ and the humidity is < 70%.
• Avoid use under conditions where voltage fluctuations exceed +/- 10%.
• Regularly check door seals and isolation devices to ensure sealing.
• Use mild detergent when cleaning to avoid damage to the stainless steel cavity.
• Pay attention to the location of electrical components during maintenance to avoid the risk of electric shock.
• In case of abnormal alarm during use, immediately stop operation and check.
• The observation window is made of explosion-proof tempered Glass to avoid violent impact.
