HENGLI KZ-50G Vacuum oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive and easily oxidized substances, especially suitable for powdery or granular samples, effectively shortening the drying time. Using professional technologies such as ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology, S. H-Transfer ™ shelf heat transfer, etc., to ensure uniform and constant temperature distribution in the cavity, suitable for biological, industrial, agricultural research and other fields. Principle
Vacuum uses ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology, the heating elements are evenly distributed around the inner tank, the inner wall of the inner cavity is preheated, and the temperature of each point in the cavity is accurately reached and maintained at the set value through heat transfer and forced fan convection to achieve uniform temperature distribution. ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system ensures that the temperature recovers quickly after opening the door, and cooperates with microcomputer PID control technology to accurately control the temperature to prevent temperature overshoot and maintain the constant temperature in the cavity.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is single-phase AC220V/50Hz.
2. Turn on the device and select Chinese or English display through the LCD point array large screen.
3. Set the temperature range (RT + 50~ 250 ℃), time (0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes) and Miscellaneous parameters.
4. Start the equipment and monitor the temperature, wind speed, running time, and other conditions.
5. After use, turn off the device and disconnect the power.
Notice
• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is at RT + 10~ 30 ℃ and humidity < 70% before operation.
• Avoid overloading and regularly check the sealing and safety devices of the equipment.
• Use appropriate tools when cleaning to avoid damage to the lumen and Shelf.
• Refer to the historical data displayed by the diagnostic function during maintenance to ensure that the electrical components are normal.
In case of abnormal alarm during use, immediately stop the operation and check the parameters.
