Overview
HENGLI CR-80 Co2 Incubator is specialized in cell foster, microbial research, pathology academia, life sciences and other fields. It successfully creates a simulated environment similar to natural growth, using ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology to provide stable temperature, equipped with professional grade infrared CO2 Sensor to ensure accurate detection of CO2 concentration, and standard ultraviolet sterilizing lamp to effectively prevent cross-contamination of foster. The product complies with the Australian AS2064 standard, has passed the European Union CE safety certification, and provides a 2-year mass warranty period.

Principle
The Co2 incubator CR-80 uses the ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology, which distributes the heating elements evenly around the inner tank for preheating. The temperature in the cavity is uniform to the set value through heat transfer and forced fan convection. The ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system ensures temperature stability and fast recovery, and cooperates with microcomputer PID control technology to precisely control the temperature and prevent overshoot. At the same time, the infrared CO2 Sensor accurately detects CO2 concentration, and the ultraviolet sterilize lamp prevents cross-contamination, ensuring that the foster environment simulates natural growth conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device switch.
2. Select the Chinese or English interface through the LCD liquid crystal display screen, and set the required temperature, CO2 concentration and other parameters.
3. Use the user password control function for security settings.
4. Place the sample on the movable mesh Shelf and adjust the Shelf spacing.
5. Start the device, monitor the running status, and connect multiple devices through the RS485 interface for real-time monitoring.
6. After use, turn off the equipment for cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10~ 30 ℃, relative humidity below 70%.
• Avoid use in high temperature or humid environments to prevent equipment damage.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to prevent contamination.
• When using UV sterilizing lamps, ensure safe operation and avoid direct exposure.
• When the equipment is running, pay attention to the sound and light alarm prompts and deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner.
• During maintenance, ensure that the power is disconnected to avoid the risk of electric shock.
• Only use original accessories, non-professionals should not disassemble the electrical control part.
