Overview
HENGLI CR-160 Co2 Incubator is specialized in cell fostering, microbial research, pathology academia, life sciences and other fields. It successfully creates a simulated environment similar to natural growth, uses ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology to provide stable temperature, and is equipped with a professional grade infrared CO2 Sensor to ensure accurate detection of CO2 concentration. Standard ultraviolet sterilizing lamp effectively prevents cross-contamination of foster.

Principle
ALLHEAT ™ cavity preheating technology preheats the inner wall of the inner cavity by evenly distributing the heating elements around the liner, and then through heat transfer and forced fan convection, the temperature at each point in the cavity is accurately reached and maintained at the set value to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system adopts forced convection and is matched with a cooling fan to ensure continuous temperature stability in the working cavity. ALLSENS ™ microcomputer PID control technology controls the temperature accurately through the adaptive PID program to prevent temperature overshoot and keep the temperature in the cavity uniform and constant.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select Chinese or English display through LCD point formation large screen LCD display, set temperature, wind speed and other parameters
3. Use the user password control function for secure operation
4. Multiple devices can be connected through the RS485 interface for real-time monitoring
5. Set the running time (0 to 99 hours or 0 to 9999 minutes)
6. All setting operations have confirmation tone prompts
7. Optional ALLSENS ™ programmable software for microcomputer software remote control
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10~ 30 ℃, relative humidity below 70%
• Regularly clean the liner and use the active extractable multi-layer shelf design for maintenance
• Pay attention to multiple over-temperature protection functions, and deal with sound and light alarms in time
• Electrical control components are installed at the back of the box, and safety should be paid attention to during maintenance
• Pay attention to prevent cross-contamination when using ultraviolet sterilizing lamps
