The HENGLI LC-400 light chamber is a professional equipment widely used in biological tissue, cell foster, seed germination, plant planting, small animal and insect feeding applications. It can simulate daytime and evening Illumrination degree changes and climate conditions, supports multi-stage step programming control, and is equipped with ALLCOLD ™ refrigeration technology, ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system and Pro-Bright ™ professional lighting system to ensure constant temperature and uniform lighting.

Principle
The light chamber precisely adjusts the temperature through the ALLSENS ™ microcomputer PID control technology to prevent temperature overshoot and keep the cavity uniform and constant. The ALLCOLD ™ cooling technology uses an equilibrate solution and a fast heat pump to defrost to ensure continuous operation. ALLFLOW ™ forced convection of the air circulation system to ensure temperature stability and rapid recovery. Pro-Bright ™ lighting system simulates daytime and night light, compensates for the heat of light through the control system, maintains constant temperature, and uses mirror stainless steel reflection to achieve uniform lighting.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V/50Hz.
2. Open the device and select the Chinese or English interface through the LCD display.
3. Set the temperature range (10~ 60 ℃ without light or 10~ 65 ℃ with light), Illumrination degree (0~ 15000LX) and Timer Range (0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes).
4. Adjust the wind speed and light level as needed (five levels adjustable).
5. Place the sample on the movable mesh Shelf, adjust the interval and quantity.
6. Start operation and monitor temperature, wind speed and operating status.
7. Use the RS485 interface to connect multiple devices (up to 16) for remote monitoring (optional software).
8. After the operation, shut down the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance.

• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between 10 and 30 ° C and the humidity is below 70% RH.
• Power frequency check before use to avoid overload.
• Regularly clean the liner to reduce splicing design for easy maintenance.
