Overview
UV-2000Z multi-band UV radiometer is a professional instrument under the EVERFINE brand, specially designed for irradiance testing of UV A, B, and C bands. The product has the advantages of wide measurement range, stable performance, low power consumption, and easy use. It can be equipped with detectors of different bands of Response according to user needs.
Features
1. According to user needs, equipped with the corresponding Probe, for the measurement of Illuminant irradiance, the detector fully meets the relevant domestic and international standards.
2. Optional ultraviolet radiation detectors in UVA, UVB, UVC, UVA1, UV365, UV310, UV254 bands.
3. Wide irradiance measurement range: C band is 0.1 μW/cm ²~ 1000 μW/cm ²; A1, A2 and B bands are 1 μW/cm ²~ 5000 μW/cm ².
4. High irradiance accuracy: after being calibrated by special ultraviolet radiation irradiance standard, the accuracy can reach +/- 5%.
5. High display accuracy: four and a half A/D conversion accuracy, five digital tube display.
6. With data communication function: equipped with RS-232-C serial communication interface, can be connected to microcomputer software.
Principle
The product receives the ultraviolet light signal of a specific band through the equipped ultraviolet radiation detector and converts it into an electrical signal. The instrument uses a four-and-a-half A/D converter to perform High Accuracy digitalization of the electrical signal, and finally displays the corresponding irradiance value through a five-digit digital tube. Users can choose detectors of different bands according to their needs to measure the ultraviolet radiation illuminance of the corresponding band.
Applications
Ultraviolet irradiance measurement, Illuminant detection, environment monitoring, scientific research experiment, quality control
Standards
Domestic relevant standards and international standards
Steps
1. According to the measurement requirements, select and install the corresponding band ultraviolet radiation detector.
2. Point the detector at the Illuminant to be measured.
3. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and observe the irradiance value displayed by the five-digit digital tube.
4. If you need to record or analyze data, you can connect to the computer through the RS-232-C interface and use the supporting software to operate it.
Notice
• Before use, it is recommended to calibrate the instrument with a special ultraviolet radiation illumination standard to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please select and install the corresponding detector correctly according to the band to be tested.
• During measurement, ensure that the detector receiving surface is kept at an appropriate distance and angle from the Illuminant.
• Pay attention to the measurement range of the instrument and avoid using it under excessive range conditions for a long time.
When connecting a computer for communication, make sure to use the correct interface and software.
