Overview
The HENGLI RG-300 Artificial climate box is a device designed for applications such as biological tissue, cell foster, seed germination, plant cultivation, small animal and insect feeding. It simulates day and night Illumrination degree changes and climate conditions, supports multi-stage step programming control, and is equipped with ALLCOLD ™ refrigeration technology, ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system and ALLSENS ™ microcomputer PID control technology to ensure precise control of temperature, light and humidity.

Principle
The artificial climate box precisely adjusts the temperature through the ALLSENS ™ microcomputer PID control technology, combined with the ALLCOLD ™ refrigeration system for automatic defrosting and temperature control, the ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system ensures uniform and stable temperature in the cavity. The lighting system simulates day and night changes, achieving uniform illumination through 3D Illuminant and mirrored stainless steel reflection, while the system compensates for the heat of light to keep the temperature constant. Humidification system simulates different climate conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select the language (Chinese or English) through the LCD display.
3. Set temperature, light intensity, wind speed and timing parameters.
4. Place the sample on the movable mesh Shelf.
5. Start operation, the equipment automatically controls the climate conditions.
6. Use the RS485 interface to connect multiple devices for monitoring (optional).
7. After running, turn off the equipment and clean it.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of RT + 10~ 30 ℃ and the humidity is below 70%.
• Avoid running for a long time in extreme application environments, and manually control the cooling capacity.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to maintain hygiene.
• Check whether the over-temperature protection function is normal before use, and deal with it in time if there is an alarm.
• When maintaining equipment, pay attention to the electrical control components located at the back of the box.
• When the lighting system is running, pay attention to the heat dissipation of the ventilation holes to avoid overheating.
• Artificial climate box use humidification system only to avoid misoperation.
