HENGLI KL-150 strong light stability test chamber is suitable for enterprise failure evaluation, accelerated test and long-term test of products. It is a special equipment for GMP certification and product stability test of pharmaceutical companies. Principle
The test chamber is automatically defrosted and temperature controlled by the ALLCOLD ™ equilibrate refrigeration technology implementation, and the ALLFLOW ™ forced convection of the air circulation system ensures temperature stability and fast recovery. The ALLSENS ™ microcomputer PID control technology adaptively adjusts the temperature to prevent overshoot and keep the cavity uniform and constant. The Pro-Bright ™ lighting system simulates daytime and nighttime lighting, and compensates for heat through a precision control system to ensure constant temperature. Double-decked isolation and insulation technology reduces energy consumption, and the inner isolation door maintains the inner cavity temperature conformity.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V/50Hz.
2. Select the Chinese/English interface through the LCD display screen, and set parameters such as temperature and Illumrination degree.
3. Use the user password control to set the Timer Range from 0 to 99 hours or 0 to 9999 minutes.
4. Place the sample on the movable mesh Shelf, adjust the interval and quantity.
5. Start the device, monitor the running status, and connect multiple devices through the RS485 interface for real-time monitoring.
6. After the run is complete, use the diagnostic function to view the historical data.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10~ 30 ℃, humidity < 70% RH.
• Avoid the Temperature range exceeding 10~ 60 ° C when there is no light, and not exceeding 10~ 65 ° C when there is light.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to ensure equipment hygiene.
• When maintaining, pay attention to the electrical components located at the back of the box, and install them separately for easy maintenance.
• Use the over-temperature protection function to deal with the alarm in time.
• When the lighting system is running, pay attention to the heat dissipation of the ventilation holes to avoid overheating.
