Overview
HENGLI SH-100MJ bacterial incubator is a thermostatic device specially designed for water analysis, BOD determination, and experiments on cells, microorganisms fostering, preservation and plant planting. It provides a stable temperature environment, has both cooling and heating functions, and is suitable for environmental protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products and other scientific research departments. It meets a number of international standards and supports long-term uninterrupted fostering experiments.

Principle
Bacteria incubator through ALLCOLD ™ equilibrate refrigeration technology implementation automatic defrosting and temperature control, combined with ALLFLOW ™ forced convection air circulation system to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the working chamber. Microcomputer PID controller adaptively adjusts the temperature to prevent overshoot, and uses the original imported PT100 Sensor to quickly respond to temperature changes to provide an accurate thermostatic environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V/50Hz.
2. Turn on the device and select Chinese or English display through the LCD screen.
3. Set the temperature range (0~ 60 ℃), time (0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes) and Miscellaneous parameters.
4. Adjust the wind speed or switch the fan on and off as needed.
5. Place the sample on the movable mesh Shelf, close the door and start fostering.
6. Use the RS485 interface to connect multiple devices for real-time monitoring (optional).
7. After the experiment, stop running and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10~ 30 ℃ and humidity below 70% RH.
• Avoid use in extreme environments and ensure manual control of cooling capacity is suitable for the application.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to prevent contamination.
• Check the over-temperature protection function before use to ensure that the sound and light alarm is normal.
When maintaining, pay attention to the electrical control components located at the back of the box, and the separation design is easy to maintain.
• Follow password controls during operation to prevent unauthorized setting changes.
