Overview
HENGLI WS-150MJ mildew incubator is a thermostatic device specially designed for water analysis and BOD determination, suitable for environmental protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research departments. It can provide a stable temperature environment with a wide temperature range, and integrates cooling and heating functions to meet the experimental needs of cells, microorganisms, preservation and plant planting, and support long-term uninterrupted fostering experiments.

Principle
Mildew Incubator uses ALLCOLD ™ equilibrate refrigeration and ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system, combined with microcomputer PID control technology, to precisely adjust the temperature in the cavity. The refrigeration system uses fast heat pump defrosting technology to prevent frosting; the air flow system forced convection to ensure uniform and stable temperature. Real-time monitoring of temperature transducer, adaptive PID algorithm to prevent temperature overshoot, achieve thermostatic environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V/50Hz.
2. Open the outer door and place the sample on the Shelf.
3. Set parameters such as temperature, humidity, and time through the LCD display.
4. Start the device, monitor the operating status, and connect multiple devices using the RS485 interface if necessary.
5. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is 10~ 30 ℃ and the humidity is below 70% RH.
• Regularly check the over-temperature protection function to avoid over-limit use.
• Use mild detergent when cleaning to avoid damage to the liner.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance and operate the electrical components by professionals.
• In case of an alarm during use, check and deal with the exception immediately.
