Overview
HENGLI WS-400MJ mildew incubator is a special thermostatic equipment suitable for water analysis and BOD determination, widely used in environmental protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research departments. It can provide a stable temperature environment with a wide temperature range, and has both cooling and heating functions to meet the needs of cell, microbial fostering, preservation and plant planting.

Principle
Mildew Incubator realizes automatic defrosting and temperature control through the ALLCOLD ™ equilibrate refrigeration system, combined with the ALLFLOW ™ air circulation system to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the working chamber. Microcomputer PID control technology adaptively adjusts the temperature to prevent overshoot, and is equipped with the original imported Sensor to quickly respond to temperature changes to achieve an accurate thermostatic environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V/50Hz.
2. Open the device and select the Chinese or English interface through the LCD display.
3. Set the temperature range (0~ 65 ℃), humidity range (40~ 95% RH) and timing parameters (0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes).
4. Place the sample on the movable mesh Shelf, adjust the interval and quantity.
5. Start the device, monitor the running status, and connect multiple devices through the RS485 interface for real-time monitoring.
6. After use, turn off the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is 10~ 30 ℃ and the humidity is below 70% RH.
• Regularly check the over-temperature protection function to avoid temperature abnormalities.
• Use appropriate tools when cleaning to avoid damage to liners and accessories.
• Pay attention to power safety during operation to prevent electric shock.
• Disconnect the power supply when not in use for a long time and maintain it regularly.
• Follow the user manual for setting and operation to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
