4. Easy to clean: The liner is clean and easy to clean, with minimal splicing design; the activity can extract multiple layers of shelves, which is easy to clean.
5. Easy maintenance: The LCD microcontroller has a diagnostic function and displays historical operation data; the electrical control components are installed separately for easy maintenance.
6. Safe and effective protection concept: multiple over-temperature protection functions, sound and light alarm; automatic double over-temperature safety protection; all electronic components have passed UL certification; over-temperature protection devices comply with German DIN 12880 Class 3.1 standard.
7. Pro-Bright professional lighting system: simulate natural light, constant temperature; 3D Illuminant, uniform lighting distribution, adjustable Illumrination degree grading; lamp and liner are insulated by double-decked Glass, with ventilation holes for heat dissipation; with ALLIGENTM humidification system (limited Artificial climate box) for climate simulation.
Principle
Laminar Flow Cabinet is based on the principle of airflow mechanics and is driven by a centrifugal wind turbine low-energy motor to form a clean airflow. The air is removed by the primary filter to remove dust particles, and then 99.99% of the particles are intercepted by the effective HEPA filter to ensure that the work area reaches the ISO 5 cleanliness level. The airflow is optimized by the net pressure box and the layer outflow air plate to ensure uniform and stable flow, providing a local purification environment for the operation area.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC single-phase 220V/50HZ.
2. Turn on the device and set parameters such as lighting and air volume through the LCD control panel.
3. Adjust the wind speed and illumination as required.
4. Carry out the experimental operation to ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is 10~ 30 ℃ and the relative humidity is below 70%.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment working environment should be free of significant vibration and dust, temperature 10~ 30 ℃, relative humidity below 70%.
• When using the ultraviolet sterilization function, pay attention to interlocking protection to avoid burns.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to keep equipment clean.
• Check electrical control components during maintenance to ensure safety.
• When the over-temperature protection device alarms, deal with it in time to avoid damage.
• When using the lighting system, pay attention to ventilating heat to prevent overheating.
