HONGHUA DHP-420 electric thermostatic incubator is a digital display thermostatic electric heating foster equipment, which is widely used in biochemistry, chemical industry, industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, scientific research and other fields, and can be used for seeds, cells, and bacteria to foster. The equipment shell is made of Cold rolled steel plate and sprayed with plastic. The studio is processed with high-quality materials. The heat insulation layer is made of ultra-fine fiberglass. There is a double-decked tempered Glass door observation window. There is a heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring between the studio and the outer door to improve sealing and heat preservation. It adopts an intelligent temperature control system with timing function, temperature control accuracy and high accuracy.

Principle
The electric thermostatic incubator precisely controls the temperature in the box through an intelligent temperature control system, uses electric heating elements to heat, and combines the thermal insulation design of ultra-fine fiberglass insulation layer and heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring to maintain the stable operation of the studio within the set temperature range and ensure the thermostatic conditions of the foster environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC 220V50Hz
2. Set the required temperature through the intelligent temperature control system
3. If you need timing, set the timing function
Step 4 Put the foster in the studio
5. Close the box door and start the device to run
6. Monitor internal conditions through observation windows
Notice
• Power frequency AC 220V50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• Set temperature must not exceed Temperature range Tr + 5~ 65 ℃
• Avoid blocking the ventilating port when placing the foster to maintain uniform temperature
• Regularly check the sealing ring and observation window to ensure good sealing
• Disconnect the power supply when cleaning and wipe with a soft fabric to avoid damage to internal components
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply and keep the box drying
