Overview
HONGHUA DHP-500 electric thermostatic incubator is a digital thermostatic electric incubator, widely used in biochemistry, chemical industry, industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, scientific research and other fields, can be used for seeds, cells, bacteria foster. The product shell is made of Cold rolled steel plate, the surface is sprayed with plastic, the studio is processed with good materials, the heat insulation layer is made of ultra-fine fiberglass, and there is a double-decked tempered Glass door observation window. There is a heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring between the studio and the outer door to improve sealing and heat preservation. It adopts an intelligent temperature control system with timing function and accurate temperature control and high accuracy.

Principle
The electric thermostatic incubator precisely controls the temperature in the box through an intelligent temperature control system, uses electric heating elements to heat, combines ultra-fine fiberglass insulation layer and heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring, keeps the temperature in the box stable within the set range, and realizes a thermostatic foster environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz
2. Open the box door and place the foster items
3. Close the door and make sure the sealing ring is tight
4. Set the required temperature and timing parameters through the intelligent control system
5. Start the device and monitor the temperature to be stable within the set range
6. After the foster is completed, turn off the power and take out the items.
Notice
• Power frequency check meets AC 220V 50Hz requirement before use
• Avoid blocking the ventilating port when placing items to ensure uniform temperature
• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the box to maintain hygiene
• Pay attention to the high temperature surface during operation to avoid burns
• When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply and keep the drying environment
