Overview

Principle
The device combines the functions of a thermostatic water bath and a Shaker to maintain the water bath temperature through a precise temperature control system, and provides reciprocating and swirling modes using an oscillation mechanism to achieve uniform mixing of samples and thermostatic fostering.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Set Temperature range (RT +~ 100 ℃) and temperature accuracy ( +/- 1 ℃).
3. Select the oscillation mode (rotary or reciprocating) and the pendulum amplitude (25mm or 20mm).
4. Set the Timer Range (0~ 120min or ∞).
5. Adjust Oscillation Frequency (start~ 300rpm) for stepless speed regulation.
6. Use the spring test bottle clip to fix the testtube or flask (maximum configuration: testtube φ 16 * 200, 100ml * 15, 200ml * 9).
7. Start the device and monitor the running status.
Notice
• Power frequency 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Pay attention to the Oscillation Frequency setting during operation to prevent sample splashing.
• Regularly check the mechanical timing function to ensure accuracy.
