Overview
JJ-1 powerbasic stirrer is a laboratory stirring equipment independently developed and produced by HONGHUA brand. It uses stainless steel stirringrod, which has excellent corrosion resistance, easy operation, smooth operation, and supports stepless speed regulation. Its small and powerful motor can precisely stir high-viscosity liquids in a wide speed range, especially suitable for stirring large-volume samples. It is an ideal tool for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, food, environmental protection, biochemical laboratories, analysis rooms and education and scientific research fields.

Principle
The device drives the stirringrod swirl/spin through the motor to stir the liquid. The user can precisely control the Rotation speed of the motor through the stepless speed control knob to adjust the stirring force. At the same time, the mechanical timer can automatically stop working after the set time is reached to achieve timed stirring.

Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to an AC 220V power supply.
2. According to the mixing requirements, select the appropriate stirringrod and install it firmly.
3. Place the sample container to be stirred in a suitable position below the stirringrod.
4. If timing is required, set the required stirring time (0-120 minutes) through the timing knob.
5. swirl/spin speed knob, gradually adjust from low speed to the desired Rotation speed (0-3000rpm).
6. After the stirring is completed, first return the speed knob to zero, then turn off the power, remove the stirringrod and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz and use a socket that meets safety standards.
• The equipment should be placed on a smooth, drying and ventilated countertop for operation.
• When installing and removing the stirringrod, make sure the power is turned off.
• Start at low speed and gradually adjust to the required Rotation speed to avoid sudden high-speed start causing liquid splashing.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin stirringrod while the device is running or insert it too deeply into the liquid to avoid danger.
When mixing high viscosity or a large number of samples, attention should be paid to the motor load to avoid long-term overload operation.
• After use, the stirringrod should be cleaned in time to keep the equipment drying.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
