OSP-21 L2000φ 16 formed wire scraper is a professional Spreader tool produced by the Japanese OSP brand. It is manufactured by extrusion process, made of 304 stainless steel, and has a chrome-plated surface. This product is designed to replace the traditional wire scraper to solve the problems of loose wire, broken wire, difficult cleaning and inability to freely change the surface shape. It can precisely control the wet film thickness to 1.5μm to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.

Principle
