Overview
JND-P60 Glossiness Meter is an ultra-high accuracy gloss measurement instrument under the JND brand. It is designed and manufactured with reference to the international standard ISO 2813 and the Chinese national standard GB/T 9754. The Gloss value of the instrument can be Traceability from the gloss benchmark of Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology (SIMT), and the performance indicators meet the requirements of the national standard JJG 696-2002 first-class working machine.
Features
1. Automatic High Accuracy, High stability, Instant test, Simple and convenient operation
2. Traceability of measurement data to "SIMT" National Measurement verification center through trusted certification for five consecutive years
3. National standard black (high) white (low) calibration plate, in line with national standards, can easily pass Measurement verification
4. Adopt professional optical path design, stable and reliable measurement data, minimal Inter-instrument Agreement and excellent reproducibility
5. Ergonomic shell, high-end mold one-time molding, anti-skid, lightweight, and can resist a variety of solvents (Product Appearance Patent No.: ZL 2012 3 0421158.8)
6. Pay attention to safety with high-end nonconductive shell, high safety factor, avoid electric shock
7. Built-in rechargeable battery pack, the power supply adopts imported high-end management chips, and the continuous measurement can be carried out for more than 48 hours after being fully charged. The industry can effectively
8. Adopt imported non-mechanical three-proof power switch, long life and good feel
9. Elliptical angle, soft surface probe design, effectively prevent the measurement process from scratching the test object
Principle
The JND-P60 Glossiness Meter is based on the principle of mirror gloss measurement and realizes High Accuracy gloss detection through professional optical path design. The instrument uses a stable Illuminant and receiver system to accurately capture the light intensity reflected by the material surface at 60 ° Measurement Angles and convert it to gloss unit (GU) values.
Applications
Inks, coatings, lacquers, paints, varnishes, printing, building materials, Stone, Pottery and porcelain, ceramic tile, marble, vitrified polished tiles, bamboo and wood products, cloth, film paper, plastics, rubber, leather, automotive care, other Non-metallic materials
Standards
ISO 2813、GB/T 9754、ASTM D2457、ASTM D523、GB/T 13891、GB/T 7706、GB/T 8807、JJG 696-2002
Steps
1. Power on the instrument
2. Use the standard black and white calibration plate to calibrate
3. Align the probe with the surface of the tested object
4. Press the measurement button for measurement
5. Read and record gloss values
Notice
• Make sure instruments are calibrated before measurement
• Avoid use in a strong light environment
• Keep the probe clean to prevent contamination from affecting the measurement accuracy
• Ensure that the probe is in close contact with the surface of the test object during measurement
• Regular maintenance and verification of the instrument
• Turn off the power in time after use to save power
