Overview
The LINSHANG LS152 Online Thickness Gauge is an on-line monitoring device for processes such as vacuum coating. It monitors platings Film thickness and uniformity by non-contact measurement of material transmittance (Light Density). It is suitable for winding vacuum coating, Glass coating and other production lines.
Features
1. Use non-contact measurement without damaging the sample.
2. High measurement accuracy, transmittance measurement accuracy is better than +/- 1%, resolution of 0.005%.
3. Optical Density measurement range is wide, covering 0.00 OD to 5.00 OD.
4. Support multi-point measurement, up to 36 measurement points can be configured.
5. Provide dual-channel RS485 communication interface, support standard MODBUS protocol, easy to integrate with PLC, computer and other equipment, and realize automatic closed-loop control.
6. Equipped with 7-inch LCD human-machine interaction interface, real-time display of each point data.
7. Optional computer real-time monitoring system to achieve data recording, analysis and reporting functions.
8. The test wavelength is optional (default 850nm infrared light, strong anti-interference ability; or 530nm green light) to adapt to different application requirements.
9. Data refresh is fast, with a cycle of 300ms.
10. Wide operation temperature range, suitable for -20 ℃ to + 70 ℃ environment.
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle that the transmittance (optical Density) of a material is proportional to the film thickness of platings. Film thickness and uniformity of platings are monitored by measuring the intensity of light transmitted through a detector system that emits specific wavelengths of light that penetrate the material under test.
