Overview
The LINSHANG LS110A Transmittance meter is a three-display split light transmitance measuring instrument that can simultaneously measure the transmittance of ultraviolet, infrared and visible light. It adopts a split design of main and auxiliary machines and has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, which is suitable for light transmitance detection in scenes such as automotive front glass and architectural Glass.

Principle
The instrument is designed separately by the main and auxiliary machines as the emitting end and the receiving end of the Illuminant. During measurement, the host emits light of a specific wavelength (ultraviolet 365nm, visible 550nm, infrared 940nm), and the auxiliary machine receives the light signal after passing through the measured object. By calculating the ratio of the transmitted light intensity to the incident ray intensity, the transmittance of the corresponding band is obtained, and the measurement results of three bands are displayed simultaneously on the instrument.

Steps
1. Make sure the instrument has sufficient power and turn it on.
2. Place the main machine and the auxiliary machine of the instrument on both sides of the tested Glass or membrane.
3. Use the laser alignment function to ensure accurate alignment of the main and auxiliary machines.
4. Keep the instrument close to the object to be tested to ensure that there are no gaps.
5. Press the measurement button to read and record the UV, IR and visible light transmittance values displayed on the screen.
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the measured object is clean, drying and scratch-free before measurement.
• During measurement, the main and auxiliary machines must be closely fitted with the measured object to avoid light leakage affecting the measurement results.
• Do not look directly at the Laser Illuminant when using the Laser Alignment function.
• When the battery indicator light flashes, it indicates that the power is insufficient and should be charged in time.
• The instrument is suitable for the measurement of colorless uniform light-transmitting substances with a size greater than 40mm * 40mm.
• When charging, the charging indicator light (Charge) turns red and goes out after it is fully charged.
When the instrument is not in use, please keep it safe to avoid falling or contact with corrosive substances.
