Overview
The TQC sheen AB4430 heated perforated vacuum stage is a professional equipment for the production of paints, varnishes and Miscellaneous material films. With built-in temperature control and display, flat substrates such as test jams and non-resilience foils can be fixed with the optional Vacuumpump, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the Drawdown Vacuum Plate.
Features
1. Built-in Temperature Control and Display, Temperature Adjustable from Ambient Temperature to 125 ° C
2. Digital controller allows precise setting of temperature to one decimal place
3. Heat evenly distributed, the entire Drawdown Vacuum Plate temperature is exactly the same
4. Compatible with all common types of applicators, such as Baker coating applicator and Bird coating applicator
5. Can be firmly fixed by the optional Vacuumpump test cardboard, non-resilience foil and other flat substrate
Principle
The equipment uniformly heats the Drawdown Vacuum Plate through the built-in heating system, and the digital controller precisely adjusts the temperature. With the optional Vacuumpump to generate negative pressure, the test substrate is firmly adsorbed on the perforated vacuum table to ensure that the substrate is stable and flat during the coating preparation process.
Applications
Test coatings to evaluate Opacity, hiding power and Miscellaneous Appearance parameters, test gluing agents such as glues to evaluate adhesive strength at different temperatures, apply Stock to research thin film technology in battery development, prepare test charts for scrub, abrasion and washability tests
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch on the side of the machine
2. Set the desired temperature through the front temperature control button
3. The device will automatically heat up to the set temperature
Notice
• Vacuumpump needs to be purchased separately, non-standard configuration
• Equipment power requirements are 230V 50Hz
• Temperature setting range is RT + 5~ 125 ℃
• Total power consumption is 450W, please make sure the power supply matches
Small size samples can be fixed by covering the remaining vacuum holes
