Overview
The YOKE PB-260 flat panel acidity meter is a beautifully designed, lightweight and portable measuring instrument. Equipped with a 5-inch LCD screen, it is compact and can be moved around in the laboratory. It can be fixed to the wall with a compact bracket or Rotating electrode holder to save space.
Features
1.5-Inch LCD screen, 150-degree viewing angle, beautiful design, lightweight.
2. Compact bracket and Rotating electrode holder, and can be fixed to the wall, saving space.
3. Small in size, easy to carry, and can be moved around freely in the laboratory.
4. Scalability: Electrodes can be easily and quickly replaced to measure pH, conductivity or dissolved oxygen.
5. Automatically identify the type of Electrode. The Electrode with built-in chip can automatically store calibrated data and automatically retrieve calibrated data after connecting to the machine.
6.3.5Mm Electrode cable, simple connection, easy to use.
7.2 USB ports, convenient for charging, copying data, and connecting to a computer for data transmission.
8. Can store 200 data logs, including readings, GLP data, date and time.
9.2 operation modes: extended and basic operation mode; for example, in extended operation mode, there are 5 point calibrated and 2 customized buffers can be used; in basic mode, only 5 pre-programmed buffers and 3 point calibrated.
10. The battery can be used continuously for 30 hours. Available for 2 weeks. Automatic shutdown in 10 minutes, and the longest can be set to 30 minutes.
Principle
The acidity meter measures the pH value, mV value and temperature of the solution by connecting the corresponding Electrode (such as pH Electrode). The instrument automatically recognizes the Electrode with the built-in chip and retrieves its stored calibrated data to ensure measurement accuracy. The user can choose the basic or extended operation mode for calibrating and measurement.
Applications
Laboratory water quality analysis, environment monitoring, education and research, industrial process control
Steps
Connect the Electrode: Use a 3.5mm cable to connect the Electrode to the instrument.
2. Boot and mode selection: After booting, select the basic or extended operation mode as needed.
3.Calibrate: calibrate according to the selected mode (basic mode supports 3 point calibrate, extended mode supports 5 point calibrate and can choose custom buffer).
4 measurement: Electrode immersed in the solution to be tested, read and record pH, mV or temperature values.
5. Data storage: measurement data can be stored manually, and the instrument can store up to 200 data logs with timestamps.
6. Data transmission: Connect to the computer through the USB interface for data copying or transmission.
Notice
• Make sure the Electrode connection is correct and secure.
• Make sure the buffer type matches the instrument settings before calibrating.
• Electrode should not touch the bottom or wall of the container during measurement.
• Clean Electrode in time after use and store it properly.
• Pay attention to the battery power. It is recommended to shut down when not in use for a long time to save power.
• Do not expose the instrument or Electrode to extreme temperatures or corrosion environments.
